Ok considering i have been playing Final Fantasy IV on the NDS [Nintendo is aweosme] and watched The Dark Knight twice [yea. with army, and the players] and its sparked an interest in Dark Knights

 

as far as i know, Dark Knights arent actually evil, as some people think. A Dark Knight is probably a Polar Opposite of a Paladin. where a Paladin draws his Inner Strength from the Light, and does healing and Protection, a Dark Knight draws his powers from the Darkness. his skills are usually in the form of sacrifice. for example, they sacrifice a certain amount of HP to attack faster, harder, more times, depending. He also doesnt do healing, rather, he drains the opponent's Hp away, transferring it to himself.

A Dark Knight is clad usually in Armour of Black, Dark Blue, or Purple. Spikes and Horns are usually seen, but it just make people think they do devil worship, which may not be the case. although in FFIV , the main changes from dark knight to pally and gets all this holy armour, and has no helmet, but golden hair. and he now looks like a girl urgh.

 

Weapons wise. probably a dark sword. of course any weapon is good. usually see sword that steal hp on them but that crap. a dark knight is not ncessarily a evil figure, he just happens to fight with a different approach. instead of protecting the party and enduring the fight, like a paladin, he job is to cripple the opponent and kill it.

 

Dark Knights arent evil, they just do things differently.

 

on and unrelated note, i watched the dark knight twice cos player 1 wanted to watch. the other option was Red Cliff, but i already played Dynasty Warriors so never mind.
